Social Content Creator

As a Social Content Creator, you bring our employer brand to life in your country. At the request of Employer Branding, you produce original content for our social media career channels and campaigns, take part in planned photo and video shoots, and contribute your own creative ideas and trend inspirations. Your work helps ensure that our company culture is presented externally in a way that is authentic, relatable, and visually compelling.

  1. Bringing Stories to Life

As a Social Content Creator, you make our employer brand shine on Instagram, TikTok & beyond. You produce authentic content, develop ideas for new formats, and take part in our employer branding shootings. Whether you're in front of the camera or behind it, you help make our culture tangible and our values visible.

Shootings

At the request of Employer Branding, you take part in professional content productions for P&C’s corporate employer branding channels, including video and photo shootings. The resulting materials may be used across various platforms—such as websites, print media, or campaigns.

Content Creation

You step into the role of director and content creator for our social media channels. Following clear briefings, guidelines, and current trends, you collaborate with colleagues to produce your own mini shoots and create viral content for our employer branding platforms.

Co-Recruiting

You serve as a digital point of contact on the national P&C career websites for potential candidates. They can reach out to you with confidence for questions about your career path, area of expertise, team, or our company culture and values.

This profile is a great fit for you if you…

…bring creativity, a passion for social media, and a flair for visual storytelling.

…are confident using your smartphone and familiar with its camera features.

…enjoy being in front of or behind the camera and want to regularly contribute content that makes our employer brand visible.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can find more information about the Social Content Creator profile in our FAQ section.

Will I be released from my regular duties during shoots?

When you take part in official Employer Branding shoots, these are recorded in the HR system (ESS/MSS) as an AE (Alternative Workplace) or as a business trip. As a general rule, your role as a Brand Ambassador does not affect your primary position within the company. You can continue to perform your regular duties without restriction.

Do I have to participate in a certain number of shootings?

No. Employer Branding will reach out to you directly and in advance for larger shoots or smaller productions. Each participation must always be coordinated with your line manager, and your regular duties will always take priority.

Will I receive support when creating my own productions?

Yes! You'll receive clear briefings, creative input, and ongoing support whenever you have questions. As part of your onboarding, you’ll also be thoroughly trained and provided with valuable tips and tricks for producing high-quality content—so you can confidently bring your ideas to life independently.

Do I need professional equipment for my own productions?

No. A trained eye, your smartphone, and a basic understanding of things like lighting, perspective, and focus are more than enough.

Where will my content be published?

Your content will be featured on our corporate social media career channels such as Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn, depending on the target audience and topic. It may also be used in campaigns or featured on our career website.

Do I need prior experience with social media and content creation?

You don’t need to be a professional. What matters is having an affinity for social media, a basic understanding of your phone’s camera features, and a good sense for trends, aesthetics, and visual perspectives. You should also feel comfortable in front of the camera and be open to participating in both small and larger productions.
