As a LinkedIn Pro, you create and share business-relevant content via your personal LinkedIn profile, engage with P&C corporate posts, and support fellow Brand Ambassadors through likes, comments, and shares. Targeted training sessions will equip you to identify your personal focus topics and translate them into high-impact posts that not only strengthen the employer brand but also help you grow your professional network over time.

Personal Branding

You publish at least one authentic and personal LinkedIn post per month on a topic of your choice via your own LinkedIn profile. In doing so, you not only strengthen your personal brand but also increase awareness of P&C.

Engagement

You actively engage on LinkedIn by liking, commenting on, and sharing social media posts from other ambassadors, users, or P&C corporate channels. Additionally, you strategically grow your professional network.

Co-Recruiting

You serve as a digital point of contact on the national P&C career websites for potential candidates. They can reach out to you with questions about your career path, area of expertise, team, or about our company culture and values—with confidence and trust.

How do I become a LinkedIn Pro?

We’re excited that you’re interested in taking on an active role as a LinkedIn Pro within the Brand Ambassador programme. To register, simply follow the steps below.

Information

First, please inform your manager and discuss your intention with him/her. 

Registration

Please complete the registration form and briefly share why you would like to become an active Brand Ambassador.
Additionally, upload a high-resolution photo of yourself, which we may use to introduce you as a Brand Ambassador—e.g. on our career websites.

Selection

We will get back to you within approximately 10 working days. Please note that the number of places is limited. Selection is based on your motivation and subject to approval from your line manager.

Contract

Once accepted, you will receive a contractual addendum along with a consent form regarding the use of your data. Please return both documents, signed, via internal mail to officially confirm your participation.

Welcome & Training

You are now an official Brand Ambassador! We’ll support you in your new role through a detailed onboarding session, interactive workshops, and comprehensive guidelines. You’ll also be connected with fellow ambassadors across the organisation. Participation in the profile-specific training sessions will prepare you perfectly for your role.

Do I need to already be active on LinkedIn?

No. While having an active account is certainly helpful, it’s not a requirement. What matters most is your interest and motivation to build your presence on LinkedIn and use your network to share insights on the topics that matter to you. If you already have experience or are active on LinkedIn, you’re very welcome to contribute your knowledge within the Brand Ambassador community and share it with others.

Are there any guidelines on what topics I can post about on LinkedIn?

In general, you're free to choose your own topics when posting via your personal LinkedIn profile. At the start of your journey, we’ll support you with workshops and guidelines to help you build your social media presence, define your core topics, and navigate questions around tone of voice and visuals. You’ll also receive all the key information regarding legal considerations, communication do’s and don’ts related to P&C-specific content, and regular inspiration for potential content ideas.

How will I be supported in my role?

In addition to a mandatory virtual kick-off workshop (approx. 1.5 hours) and three mandatory learning sessions (2 hours each), you’ll be supported through targeted guidelines tailored to your role. During the initial sessions, an expert will guide you step by step in building or expanding your social media presence authentically and professionally, with the right know-how.

 

You’ll also have access to monthly open Q&A sessions hosted by Employer Branding, and benefit from the strong support of the Ambassador Community, where you can seek advice whenever needed.

Do I need to publish a certain number of posts?

As a general rule, one post per month is the minimum requirement. Of course, if you’d like to post more frequently, you’re very welcome to do so. Through workshops and guidelines, we’ll provide you with recommendations and helpful tips to support you in creating content that fits your capacity and interests.

 

The role requires consistent activity, regular posting, and a genuine commitment. Only through this shared dedication can we ensure strong visibility for key topics and build lasting awareness for the P&C brand.

How much time should I plan for the LinkedIn Pro role?

The time commitment can vary from person to person, as everyone has their own pace when it comes to creating content. However, as a general guideline, we recommend setting aside approximately 4 to 5 hours per month.

 

This includes:

  • Around 1 hour to prepare your monthly post. With more experience, you’ll become faster and more efficient over time.
  • Roughly 10 minutes per day for LinkedIn activities—such as networking, commenting, or engaging with relevant content.

     

In addition, we offer a monthly virtual LinkedIn Pro session (60 minutes), which is a great opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and get inspiration to strengthen your personal presence.
